It halts for a short time for people to take photographs with the
tower behind the marchers
and then continues on to Ladbroke Grove

has yet to take the actions that
would have prevented it - tighter building regulations, proper enforcement,
fitting sprinklers etc. They have done
nothing - just as they did nothing after a similar earlier fire in
Southwark several years earlier.
